Returns
You can return the product within 30 days after receiving it only if it is, unused, undamaged and unopened.
If you already used the product, you cannot return it, and we cannot refund you the purchase price.

We currently ship to United Kingdom & Northern Ireland
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day.
Orders will be delivered between 2 - 3 days.
What should I do if my order isn't delivered or missing?
If you think your parcel has been mis-delivered or missing, please contact us at hello@herbalclarityco.co.uk and our customer service team can investigate.
Any reports of mis-delivery or lost parcels cannot be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.
As our delivery service is tracked, we can see exactly the location of where your parcel was delivered and a delivery image shall be provided as proof of delivery.
Any parcels requested to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour are at the customers request and Herbal Clarity Co are not liable for any parcels which are missing or stolen.
